Engaging with us
Whether you see us in an advisory or change implementation mode the start of any engagement is to assess the level and readiness for change. This work enables to determine the best way we can support your programme based on our framework described below. We use three phases in our change programme framework;
Phase 1 - Visioning the Change
A facilitated process to create a new operating vision for the company which enables us to define what needs to change, the management framework and the benefits of making the change.
Phase 2 - Preparing and Planning the Change
The second phase involves defining the plan to implement the vision and implementing activities such as process re-engineering, which can lead to organisational design, systems reimplementation or upgrade and training. The benefits are aligned to the timing plan for the changes so that there is a pragmatic view of when they will be achieved. Change can only be successfully implemented from inside so we help our clients identify their own change agents and begin the process of developing their skills.
Phase 3 - Implementing and Sustaining Change
During this phase we will coach and mentor at all levels of the organisation. At the senior level this will be to ensure that managers don’t back down on their change obligations at the staff levels to ensure they get maximum benefit from the new procedures and systems and finally ensuring that manager meetings are more effective through better use of information available. Throughout all these three phases we manage communications to all stakeholders.
